a. Yes I see it everyday when I’m on my way to work.

a. No but I know my kids have in high school, I think it is very important for them to attend.
3. What do you consider distracted driving?
a. Any time that you are not completely focused on the road, the minute your eyes leave the road you are distracted.

a. Yes, especially when I am away at college and near my old high school. I think younger people are more tempted and easily distracted.
2. Have you ever attended a lecture or event held that had to do with distracted driving?
a. Yes, my high school had a mandatory event one day and it was a seminar given by a mother who lost her daughter to someone texting and driving.
3. What do you consider distracted driving?
a. When you are on your phone, when you are changing the music.

a. I think so, I know that so many people get injured by it every year but I think that people are trying their hardest to improve on this issue.

a. Yes, my dad made me attend one when I first got my license, It made me think twice about ever picking up my phone while driving.
3. What do you consider distracted driving?
a. I think distracted driving entails many things but the most common act is texting and driving since our generation is so dependent on our cellphones.

a. Yes, I see it everyday when I drive to work and it makes me so angry to see people putting everyone on the road in danger.

a. No, but I have seen a lot of documentaries and have seen it all over the news and social media about how our society needs to be better in this situation.

a. I feel like everyone assumes it is just texting and driving but I think it entails whenever you are not directing attention on the road.

a. Yes, I think it is more common when I come home from college because the people driving in my city know their way around so they assume they can drive distracted.

a. Yes, my dad has given a lecture about distracted driving because he is in the car business and knows the dangers of it.
3 What do you consider distracted driving?
a. I used to think it was just texting and driving but now I know that it entails so much more. It is whenever the driver’s focus is not on the road.
Inside the boundary:
Who is in: All drivers who value their lives.
What the need is: To end distracted driving.
Why the need exists: To save lives and lower the amount of risks on the road.
Outside the boundary:
Who is not: Those who do not care and who do not drive.
What the need is not: Finding a solution for these people because it does not affect them.
Alternative explanations: People do not understand how dangerous this is until it happens to them.

I also liked how you asked everyone the same question which made comparing and contrasting them very simple. I also would like to raise a question. Do you think that the issue is more of simply texting and driving or do you think that distracted driving (checking emails, changing music, etc.) is more of an issue?
